  • If we don’t receive payment within that time, your registration will be cancelled and your spot given to someone on the waitlist.

UPDATED Cancellation Policy

We’ve updated our cancellation and payment policies to help keep things fair for everyone and to give those on the waitlist a chance to attend.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Free cancellation is available until December 1st.

  • Starting December 1st, all cancellations will incur a $50 fee.

    This helps ensure that spots open up early enough for waitlisted campers to make travel arrangements before prices go up.

Travel Options: Driving or flying

  • If driving, please arrive at camp no earlier than 1 PM Eastern

  • If flying, fly ONLY to/from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport (CVG). Pick up/drop off is not available from any other airports.

    • Fly in before 1 PM Friday (1/16/26)

    • Fly out after 2 PM Monday (1/19/26)

Minimum Age of Attendance: 13 years old

What To Bring:

  • Sleeping bag/bedding

  • Pillow

  • Towel

  • Toiletries

  • Gym shoes/snow shoes

  • Warm clothes

  • Bible

  • Pen & notepad

  • Ski/snowboard & gear (unless you’re renting)

  • A fun, humble, Christ-like attitude :)

Bedding and towels WILL NOT be provided, make sure to bring everything you need from home!

Activities:

  • City Visit in Dayton Ohio

  • Skiing/snowboarding at Perfect North Slopes

    • Lift ticket: $60

    • Ski/Snowboard rental with helmet: $24

    • Snow pants/Bib rental: $10

    • Helmet: $5

    • Tubing: $34/2 hours

  • Our refund policy as it pertains to Winter Camp 2025 is as follows: 

    • Any camper that withdraws from camp before December 1st will receive a full refund of their camp registration fee

    • Starting December 1st, all cancellations will incur a $50 fee.

    It is very important to let us know about camp registration withdrawals, so please keep us updated by emailing admin@rbya.org if you have any questions. Thank you!

  • Campers at all RBYA camps are encouraged to leave all electronics, including video games, computers and other forms of electronics at home. Failure to abide by the “Electronics Policy” can result in confiscation of electronics at the discretion of the RBYA leadership and camp staff.

    Campers are limited to using their phones only during free time.

    Campers may not bring any video games.

    It is possible for campers to not have cellphone signal at camp. Internet connection is reserved for the camp staff and leaders. Campers may not connect to it, unless approved by RBYA leadership.

    Camp leaders and staff may hold campers cell phone or other electronics at the leaders discretion.
