Travel Options: Driving or flying

  • If driving, please arrive at camp no earlier than 1 PM Eastern

  • If flying, fly ONLY to/from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport (CVG). Pick up/drop off is not available from any other airports.

  • All flights/driving plans must be finalized before registration for camp.

    • Fly in before 1 PM Friday (1/12/24)

    • Fly out after 2 PM Monday (1/15/24)

Minimum Age of Attendance: 13 years old

What To Bring:

  • Sleeping bag/bedding

  • Pillow

  • Towel

  • Toiletries

  • Gym shoes/snow shoes

  • Warm clothes

  • Bible

  • Pen & notepad

  • Ski/snowboard & gear (unless you’re renting)

  • A fun, humble, Christ-like attitude :)

Bedding and towels WILL NOT be provided, make sure to bring everything you need from home!

  • Skiing/snowboarding at Perfect North Slopes

    • Lift ticket: $79

    • Ski/Snowboard rental with helmet: $32

    • Snow pants/Bib rental: $10

    • Helmet: $5

  • Any registrations submitted on or after Monday, January 1, 2024 EST will include a late fee of $25 in addition to the normal registration price. The total registration cost will be $200 for any payment method. 

    The late fee will take effect starting Monday, January 1, 2024 at 12 AM EST.

  • Our refund policy as it pertains to Winter Camp 2023 is as follows: 

    • Any camper that withdraws from camp before January 1, 2024 will receive a full refund of their camp registration fee.

    • Any camper that withdraws from camp on and after January 1, 2024 will have to pay a cancelation fee of $20 and will receive a refund of $155. If you did not pay yet, you will receive an invoice emailed to you.

    It is very important to let us know about camp registration withdrawals, so please keep us updated by emailing admin@rbya.org if you have any questions. Thank you!

  • Campers at all RBYA camps are encouraged to leave all electronics, including video games, computers and other forms of electronics at home. Failure to abide by the “Electronics Policy” can result in confiscation of electronics at the discretion of the RBYA leadership and camp staff.

    Campers are limited to using their phones only during free time.

    Campers may not bring any video games.

    It is possible for campers to not have cellphone signal at camp. Internet connection is reserved for the camp staff and leaders. Campers may not connect to it, unless approved by RBYA leadership.

    Camp leaders and staff may hold campers cell phone or other electronics at the leaders discretion.
